Job summary

Preferred Apartment Communities is hiring a Leasing Consultant for the Legacy North property in Plano, TX. The role involves leasing apartments, touring the property, qualifying prospects, and coordinating move-ins to minimize vacancies.

You will provide excellent resident service, manage paperwork, and help achieve occupancy and rent goals. Requirements include multi-family property management experience and a valid driver’s license; social media marketing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license free from major violations.
• Social media marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet leasing goals for occupancy and rent growth and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Tour the property and show available apartment homes to prospects.
• Qualify leads, collect data, and enter it into the database; perform follow ups.
• Process lease paperwork accurately and promptly; respond to inquiries.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate with team to minimize vacancies.
