Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance for any items.
• Monitors market conditions and plans marketing strategies to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach, using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Uses on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors and coordinating upkeep with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals via email, calls, or notes.
• Supports lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
