We have an immediate need for a well-organized, enthusiastic individual with a knack for sales to join our prestigious, award-winning property management team as a Leasing Specialist at our luxury apartment community RiverTrace, West New York, NJ.

Responsibilities

1. Meeting, greeting, and qualifying prospective residents.
2. Following up on phone leads and referrals.
3. Scheduling appointments for and conducting property tours.
4. Guiding clients through the leasing process from application to move-in.

Qualifications

• Previous successful experience in a customer service environment (retail, hotel, and restaurant experience welcome).
• NJ Real Estate License required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Residential leasing experience and familiarity with Fair Housing regulations preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for daily commute and trainings.
