Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Leasing Specialist at our San Francisco location to drive occupancy through resident-focused experiences and effective closing techniques. You will manage tours, follow up with prospects, and guide applicants from application to move-in.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of sales experience, plus strong communication and customer service skills. Multifamily property management experience is preferred; this is an on-site, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy by conducting engaging community tours, executing effective closing techniques, following up with prospective residents, and managing the leasing process from application through move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and creating positive experiences in every interaction.
• Identify opportunities to increase community visibility and traffic through outreach marketing, referrals, competitor analysis, and local market knowledge.
• Adjust priorities and respond effectively to changing prospect, resident, and community needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner closely with office and service team members to deliver a seamless resident experience and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements.

Typical Base Pay Range: $23.00-$29.00 per hour, plus bonus program participation

This pay range is base pay only and does not include any additional compensation or bonuses that this position may be eligible for. The pay range is approximate and the actual pay may vary depending on related work experience, certifications, education, and other job related factors.
