Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Atlanta, GA to drive occupancy by delivering exceptional resident and prospect experiences. You will lead community tours, close deals, and manage the leasing process from application to move-in.

The role emphasizes a sales-focused mindset, adaptability, and strong communication in a collaborative team environment with an on-site work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year of sales experience.
• Multifamily property management experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy by conducting engaging community tours, executing effective closing techniques, following up with prospective residents, and managing the leasing process from application through move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Identify opportunities to increase community visibility and traffic through outreach marketing and local market knowledge.
• Partner closely with office and service team members to deliver a seamless resident experience and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements.
