Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Franklin, TN. You will drive occupancy by showing communities, closing with prospective residents, and guiding leases from application to move-in.

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience minimum.
• Multifamily property management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy by conducting engaging community tours, use closing techniques, follow up with prospective residents, and manage leasing from application through move-in.
• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Identify opportunities to increase community visibility and traffic through outreach marketing, referrals, competitor analysis, and local market knowledge.
• Coordinate with office and service teams to deliver a seamless resident experience and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements.

Success in this role requires effectively managing high-volume prospect outreach, tour scheduling, and resident priorities. By maintaining a sales-focused mindset and a strong sense of urgency, you convert leads into residents and maximize occupancy.

• Drive occupancy by conducting engaging community tours, executing effective closing techniques, following up with prospective residents, and managing the leasing process from application through move-in.
