Job summary

AMCS Inc. is seeking a Leasing Associate for SC Avalon Apartments in North Charleston. In this in-person role, you will conduct tours, process applications, and address leasing needs while staying informed about availability and market trends.

You will use CRM to nurture leads, coordinate with maintenance for move-ins, and ensure Fair Housing compliance, delivering excellent resident service and closing leases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for potential residents and provide information about available apartments
• Process lease applications and renewals, ensuring all required documents are completed accurately
• Maintain knowledge of current leasing availability, market conditions, and competitor pricing
• Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads and follow-up with prospects
• Handle resident inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with maintenance team to address unit readiness for move-ins

Skills

• Proficiency in legal administrative tasks related to leasing contracts
