Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Specialist located in Kansas City, MO. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for managing lease agreements, facilitating resident retention, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication with residents and prospective tenants. Additional duties include overseeing lease administration and supporting marketing efforts to promote the properties.
