The Rental Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting the Rental Team with incoming sales leads via phone, internet, and manufacturers with goal of achieving the rental of a mobility product. Although this position is remote, you must reside in one of the following states: KY, IN, TN, FL, AR, NE, LA, AL, or MI.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Rental Sales Specialist
- Working with multiple locations to support rental program
- Administrative duties including creating work orders for specific entities and maintaining electronic files
- Demonstrate product knowledge to assist clients to find a solution during needs assessment
- Ensure collection of client information and enter every lead into the CRM
- Demonstrate ability to explain product use and features to client
- Ensure quick turnaround of quoting for any 3rd party payers such as VA, VR, and insurance
- Answer phones and emails in a timely manner to assist customers and team members
- Verify insurance for customers

- Chaplain Services
Education/Experience- Minimum high school diploma, preferred AS in Business related field
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- CRM experience preferred
