Job summary

Glazer Properties is a national real estate firm seeking a results-driven professional to establish tenant and broker relationships, market premier assets, and drive leasing activity. The role involves negotiating leases, traveling to markets, and presenting opportunities to senior executives and investors.

You will monitor market trends, assemble client materials, and contribute to department reporting, with salary commensurate with experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Establish and foster relationships with tenants and national brokerage firms.
• Market a portfolio of premier commercial real estate assets to retain tenants and drive new leasing.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize lease agreements and amendments.
• Travel to assigned markets.
• Interact with senior executives and investors.
• Assemble and prepare information to present prospective clients to executives and investors.
• Maintain understanding of current market conditions and trends.
• Complete department reporting and support special projects.

Responsibilities
