The role involves initiating and finalizing lease agreements, traveling to markets, collaborating with executives and investors, and delivering required reporting to support senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and foster relationships with prospective and existing tenants as well as national brokerage firms through direct interactions.
• Effectively market a portfolio of premier commercial real estate assets to retain existing tenants and drive new business via leasing activity.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize various transaction related agreements including proposals, lease agreements and amendments.
• Regularly travel to assigned markets.
• Interact frequently with senior executives and investors.
• Assemble and prepare all required information to effectively present prospective clients to senior executives and investors.
• Establish and maintain an understanding of current market conditions and trends.
• Complete department-specific reporting and from time to time special or confidential projects for senior executives and investors.

What You\'ll Do
