You are responsible for converting prospects into residents through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized tours.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or sales preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales or leasing goals preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Driver's license & ability to pass a background check.
• Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred).

Responsibilities

• Achieving rental and renewal monthly goals.
• Execute marketing and sales efforts, including personalized tours that result in new leases
• Deliver a high-quality prospect and resident experience that drives positive reviews and referrals
• Respond to inbound leasing inquiries and schedule tours in a timely manner
• Follow up with all leads (calls, texts, emails) to drive tour-to-lease conversion
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure tour readiness and curb appeal
• Manage leasing pipeline from initial inquiry through signed lease
• Maintain accurate prospect and leasing data within property management system

Key Responsibilities
