You convert prospects into residents through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized tours, while aiming to maintain 95% occupancy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Driver's license & ability to pass a background check.
• Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred).

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly leasing and renewal targets.
• Execute marketing and sales efforts, including personalized tours that result in new leases.
• Deliver a high-quality prospect and resident experience that drives positive reviews and referrals.
• Respond to inbound leasing inquiries and schedule tours in a timely manner.
• Follow up with all leads (calls, texts, emails) to drive tour-to-lease conversion.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and property owners.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure tour readiness and curb appeal.
• Lead by example through Collective core values of integrity, perseverance, enthusiasm, and collaboration.
• Manage leasing pipeline from initial inquiry through signed lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect and leasing data within property management system.
