This full-time role focuses on marketing and leasing activities, showing and leasing market-ready apartments, processing applications and leases, and contributing to occupancy goals.

As our Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for the general marketing and leasing activity of the property.

Summary Of Responsibilities

• Show Market-Ready apartments and community to customers
• Prepare Application and Lease documents for new residents
• Assist in marketing promotions
• Generate sales to increase occupancy
• Promote resident retention programs
• Compile reports and maintain files while adhering to company policies and fair housing laws
