Pivotal Housing Partners LLC in Augusta, GA is seeking a Leasing Specialist to lead showings for Market-Ready apartments at Gardens at Harvest Point (256 units). You will prepare applications and leases, support marketing activities, and drive occupancy while upholding fair housing standards.

As our Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for the general marketing and leasing activity of the property.

Requirements
