Pivotal Housing Partners in Lansing, MI, is looking for a Leasing Specialist to handle marketing and leasing for Stadium North Lofts. The role is part-time (24 hours/week) with a starting pay of $20+ per hour.

You will show apartments, process applications, and work to maintain occupancy while delivering excellent customer service to residents and potential renters.

• Commitment to regular attendance, may include weekend and OT hours.

As our Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for the general marketing and leasing activity of the property.
