Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist at The Collins in Cleveland, OH. You will conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, provide apartment tours, and coordinate move-ins to drive occupancy.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or sales experience, strong computer skills, and familiarity with property management tools. A high school diploma is required, with college preferred. On-site role with standard benefits and opportunities for bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, give tours of apartments and amenities, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins.
  • Perform telephone market surveys and competitive shop visits.
  • Develop on-site marketing activity strategies and programs.
  • Monitor referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention.
  • Initiate sales outreach plans including new development, community management, and internal/external communication.
  • Assist with renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate; process fees and deposits.
