Job summary

NRP Group in Ohio is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a multi-family property in Tiffin. You will maximize occupancy by showing apartments, answering inquiries, scheduling tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service or sales experience, strong computer skills, and a valid driver's license. Yardi experience and Tax Credit knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience (or relevant education)
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sell/market the property and conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, provide tours, and coordinate move-ins
• Perform market surveys and maintain competitor information
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing campaigns and referral programs
• Accept and process application fees, deposits, rents, and other fees and maintain accurate records
• Maintain property appearance, curb appeal, andRent-ready units and models each morning
• Provide exceptional customer service and support resident retention
