Job summary

The NRP Group seeks a Leasing Specialist for our Columbus, OH property Sinclair. You will conduct leasing activities, give tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate move-ins while supporting on-site marketing and resident events.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or sales experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Yardi is a plus. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
  • Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.
  • 1 year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct leasing activities: respond to inquiries, give tours, coordinate move-ins.
  • Perform market surveys and shops of competitors.
  • Develop on-site marketing activity and referral programs.
  • Maintain closing ratios and property standards.
  • Assist with renewals, notices to vacate, and lease expirations.
  • Process application fees, deposits, rents and other fees accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and tax regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support resident events.
