Job Description

Basic Purpose:

1. Lease apartments to prospective residents to maintain occupancy.
2. Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
3. Implement marketing strategies and manage social media.
4. Conduct outreach marketing visits.
5. Collaborate with team members to meet service standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally at all times.
2. Comply with Fair Housing laws and local regulations.
3. Communicate issues impacting property operations to the Community Director.
4. Ensure leasing office and amenities are presentable.
5. Conduct open/close procedures and touch up vacant units.
6. Complete applicant screening, lease paperwork, and deposit collection.
7. Assist with lease renewals.
8. Maintain knowledge of community policies and market conditions.
9. Update social media accounts weekly and perform market surveys.
10. Maintain favorable leasing metrics.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Details:

• Part-Time
• Requirements include a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years customer service experience, computer skills, and ability to work weekends.
• Must pass background and drug tests.
