Job Description
Basic Purpose:
- Lease apartments to prospective residents to maintain occupancy.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Implement marketing strategies and manage social media.
- Conduct outreach marketing visits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally at all times.
- Comply with Fair Housing laws and local regulations.
- Communicate issues impacting property operations to the Community Director.
- Ensure leasing office and amenities are presentable.
- Conduct open/close procedures and touch up vacant units.
- Complete applicant screening, lease paperwork, and deposit collection.
- Assist with lease renewals.
- Maintain knowledge of community policies and market conditions.
- Update social media accounts weekly and perform market surveys.
- Maintain favorable leasing metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Details:
- Part-Time
- Requirements include a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, 1-3 years customer service experience, computer skills, and ability to work weekends.
- Must pass background and drug tests.
