We are a growing Property Management Company in the Atlanta area that owns and manages many multifamily residential communities. We pride ourselves on providing residents with best-in-class service through impeccable property management and responsive support. We are currently in need of enthusiastic and ambitious Leasing Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales (preferably in the multifamily residential sector) and will be motivated by the opportunity to work for hourly pay plus commission. We offer a bonus structure based on move-ins and renewals monthly. Weekend work and availability are required.

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and liability courses and certifications.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the property, model units, and available vacancies.
• Answer all inquiries via phone and digital channels, providing accurate information.
• Assist prospective residents with applications and verify application data.
• Follow up with all traffic and document interactions.
• Complete all lease packets prior to move-in.
• Prepare leasing office, models, and leasing information daily.
• Monitor property facilities for neatness, cleanliness, and proper functioning.
• Assist with marketing as required.
• Support leasing activities, resident relations, and retention efforts.
• Maintain property and resident files per company policy.

Additional duties may be assigned by the manager.
