Lakeshore Management is seeking a Sales and Leasing Specialist for its Causeway Village community in South Pasadena, FL. You will drive occupancy through integrated marketing, manage leads, and coordinate with community managers and marketing teams.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and hands-on marketing experience. A base salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus commission is offered, with day shifts and room for performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing and customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with general computer software.

Responsibilities

• Work with Community Managers and Marketing Team to meet financial goals.
• Ensure strong internet presence for the community; monitor and report marketing activity.
• Analyze market conditions and competitor data to develop marketing plans.
• Manage lead tracking and document correspondence in CRM/database.
• Build relationships with potential residents and communicate Lakeshore's mission.
