Formación

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Follow AIR's proven sales process, including prospect follow-up, appointment setting, community tours, and lease conversions.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and performance expectations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for prospects and residents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the resident journey, from initial inquiry through move-in.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives that drive traffic and leasing activity.
