Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales, inside sales, call center operations, or customer service focusing on upselling.
• Previous phone sales experience is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of the Microsoft suite and CRM practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads management and secure tour appointments for prospective residents.
• Present community features to prospects to maximize leasing results.
• Provide high-quality leasing experience, assess client needs, and pair them with suitable homes.
• Maintain pipeline and follow up with prospects to support home search.
