Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell apartment leases. Meet prospective residents, conduct tours, answer questions, and sign leases.
• Manage your pipeline. Respond quickly to leads and move prospects toward a decision.
• Drive marketing. You’ll control how to spend marketing dollars to generate leads.
• Get out in the field. Travel between Seattle properties and learn neighborhoods.
• Use great technology. Use our proprietary software and AI tools to reduce paperwork.
• Learn how a business works. Understand pricing, occupancy, customer service, and operations.
• Improve how we operate. Contribute ideas and adapt quickly.
