Pine+Minor Apartments in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our property management team. You will be the face of our organization, engaging with prospective residents and current tenants while developing customer service and sales skills.

The role includes marketing, and contributing to the operations of multi-million dollar assets, with opportunities for growth and professional development. The position offers a competitive hourly wage, 100% employer-paid health premiums, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Prior leasing experience preferred.
• Computer literate; proficient with MS Office, SharePoint and Google Docs.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Experience working with the public in a retail or sales environment.
• Friendly with a good sense of humor.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer experience to drive new leases and renewals.
• Conduct property tours and present a positive image to residents and the public.
• Assist marketing and track leads, surveys, and resident retention.
• Advertise available units via Craigslist and other media.
• Meet leasing goals and track results.
• Maintain leasing software with leads and move-ins.
