Job summary

Arboreal Management in Portland, OR is seeking a Leasing Associate to take ownership of leasing across a portfolio of buildings, including micro-units and workforce housing. You will be the face of our communities to prospective tenants and drive growth with effective leasing strategies.

Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. You’ll respond to leads, tour sites, craft property narratives, manage online listings, and close leases while coordinating move-ins and collaborating with the

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role.
• A vehicle and ability to drive between sites.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities.
• Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations.
• A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors.
• Bonus points if you’ve used AppFolio or other leasing/PM software.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Leasing Associate to take ownership of leasing across a portfolio of multiple buildings. These include micro-units and workforce housing—well-located, desirable, and easy to lease.

You’ll become the face of our communities to prospective tenants and a key contributor to our growth and success.

Schedule:Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE)

Generous Commissions: Uncapped and performance-based
