Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC in Richmond, VA seeks a full-time leasing consultant/office assistant for Saint Luke Apartment Community. Assist the Community Manager with rent collection, inspections, and renewal programs while providing strong resident service and administrative support.

Responsibilities include maintaining market knowledge, weekly traffic reports, unit inspections, and accurate input of walk-ins/move-outs.

Qualifications

Complete knowledge of lease agreements is required.
HUD/HAP experience is required.
Tax Credit experience is required.
Bilingual is beneficial.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize deadlines.
Leasing experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of computers and programs such as Word and Excel.
Basic office skills such as faxing, typing, and filing.
Background Screening and Drug Test Required.

Responsibilities

Assist Community Manager in rent collection and renewals.
Assist residents with inspections of their new home.
Support implementation of renewal and retention programs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surrounding markets and weekly traffic reports.
Inspect common areas, units, and grounds regularly.
Input daily resident data for walk-ins, move-ins, and move-outs.
Assist in maintaining resident files and renewal paperwork.
Distribute non-payment notices to delinquent residents.
