Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You’ll leverage on-site software to track availability, perform follow-ups, and coordinate with maintenance to keep units in top condition. Strong customer service and licenses are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue.
• Able to inspect apartments and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, conducting credit and background checks, and preparing move-in leases.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures readiness, coordinating maintenance as needed.
• Stays informed about market conditions and compiles marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Uses on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors and coordinating with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to confirm decisions to lease or renew.
• Responds to resident questions and concerns and conveys requests to appropriate teams.
