General Services Corporation is seeking a Leasing Agent in Las Vegas to show apartments and secure leases, sustaining occupancy and resident satisfaction at a premium level.

You will greet prospects, convert walk-ins and calls to appointments, screen applicants, prepare leases, conduct move-in orientations, and assist with renewals and promotions while maintaining an attractive leasing office environment. Strong sales ability and teamwork with property management are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Outstanding sales ability in a computerized environment.
• Preferred: One year of leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments at optimum rent levels and minimize vacancies.
• Greet customers by standing and smiling and convert walk-in prospects into leases.
• Screen applicants including reviewing credit and references and prepare leases.
• Conduct move-in orientations and manage move-in/out logistics.
• Promote resident programs and handle renewals and promotions.
