Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Fort Wayne, IN. You will be the primary contact for prospective and current residents, leasing available apartment homes, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring a welcoming, professional representation of the community.

You will build resident relations, meet occupancy goals, and handle payments, notices, and renewals while promoting high standards of service and compliance with housing laws.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable, and compassionate—able to connect with people from all backgrounds.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Property management knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with RealPage systems (OneSite, AIRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and achieve occupancy targets.
• Manage revenue through application fees, deposits, and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours and conduct property tours.
• Maintain leasing office and CRM data, follow company policies.
