GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking an on-site Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional service and leasing apartments. You will support marketing, retention, and provide a professional community presence.

The role emphasizes meeting occupancy goals, handling move-ins, conduct property tours, and responding to inquiries promptly. Commission potential is highlighted, with a focus on teamwork and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and personable candidate with strong sales and customer service focus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with RealPage systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease available apartment homes and drive occupancy.
• Support marketing initiatives and community events.
• Assist in resident retention and represent the community professionally.
• Collect and post revenue (application fees, admin fees, deposits).
• Follow up on delinquencies and deliver notices.
• Maintain lease files, renewal agreements, and required addenda.
• Walk the property regularly and inspect move-in units.
