The K Team in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a high-energy Leasing Agent / Assistant Manager to join our onsite management team in a hybrid role. You will drive occupancy through strong salesmanship while coordinating daily operations and resident relations to ensure a smooth community experience.

In this role, you will lease and sell, build relationships with residents, assist in maintenance coordination, and support the team with reporting and records.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and Sales: Utilize exceptional communication and sales skills to drive occupancy and generate new leases
• Resident Relations: Build strong relationships with current residents, responding to concerns, and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner
• Operations Management: Assist in the daily operations of the community, including managing maintenance requests, coordinating events, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
