Bader Management, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Lux, Granite Peaks & Granite Ridge in the Twin Cities. This full-time, benefit-eligible role involves engaging with prospects, tours, applications, and ensuring a positive resident experience.

Compensation is $20–$21 hourly with a strong benefits package. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, guiding applicants through leasing steps, staying informed on market conditions, and supporting resident relations and events to promote

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year leasing/property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, email, website, social media, and walk-in inquiries.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into tours and lease applications.
• Conduct personalized apartment and community tours highlighting features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
• Guide applicants through the application, screening, approval, and lease-signing process.
• Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, competing communities, rental rates, and amenities.
• Achieve leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals established by management.
• Maintain leasing closing ratios that meet company expectations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, guests, and vendors.
• Foster resident retention and assist with renewals and engagement programs.
• Prepare lease agreements and related documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate records in property management systems.
