Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant for Letterman Greensboro Apartments to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations onsite.

You will show, lease, and move in prospective residents, greet and tour the community, and complete leasing paperwork. The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with on-site software. Daily onsite presence and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Handle leasing paperwork and assist with audits, tours, and unit turnover.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure high standard of customer service and enforce community policies.
