Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to support leasing and administration at one of our properties. Regular onsite presence, welcoming tours, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the move-in process.

You will handle leasing paperwork, maintain lead follow-up within 24 hours, and assist in resident relations and retention programs. Basic computer skills and a high school diploma are required, with opportunities for growth within a nationwide real estate partner.

Qualifications

• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Ability to show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Coordinating leasing paperwork and assisting with lease audits and turnover.
• Knowledge of on-site software functions and basic computer skills.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale: make appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Contribute to marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
