Job summary

The Penhurst Collective in Minneapolis is seeking a Leasing & Resident Experience Consultant to turn leads into leases and create a polished, high-touch experience from first inquiry through move-in and beyond.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you will manage tours, applications, and renewals while staying sharp on pricing, floorplans, and concessions. The role blends sales with resident care in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment leasing, sales, luxury residential, high-end retail, hospitality, or another high-touch customer-facing role.
• Strong sales instincts and comfort working toward measurable goals.
• Excellent organization, time management, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, approachable presence.
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Comfort using Canva.
• Reliability, punctuality, curiosity, coachability, and a team-first mindset.
• Weekend availability based on the leasing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospects from initial inquiry through tour, application, lease execution, and move-in.
• Conduct personalized tours, understand what matters to each prospect, communicate value, work through objections, and confidently ask for the lease.
• Stay sharp on availability, pricing, floorplans, concessions, amenities, policies, and nearby competitors.
• Proactively generate business by reconnecting with prospects, creating outreach opportunities, and finding ways to drive traffic.
• Support renewals and resident retention through strong communication, follow-through, and service.
• Respond to resident needs with urgency, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset.
• Screen applications and prepare leasing documentation accurately and in accordance with rental criteria and Fair Housing requirements.
• Support the day-to-day guest experience for the property's Airbnb, including listing updates, cleaning coordination, and turnover needs.
• Keep leasing activity, prospect information, files, reporting, and deadlines accurate and organized.
• Work closely with the Community Manager and property team to achieve occupancy, conversion, renewal, and leasing goals.

Greco is looking for a Leasing & Resident Experience Consultant to join the team at The Penhurst Collective.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you'll help turn leads into leases, support resident retention, and create a polished, high-touch experience from first inquiry through move-in and beyond.

This role is a great fit for someone who is competitive, organized, tech-savvy, comfortable with sales, and motivated by being part of a high-performing team.
