Responsibilities

• Handle front-line resident services, inquiries, tours, and lead qualification.
• Process leasing applications and paperwork, collect deposits and sign leases.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with renewals, terminations, and transfers.
• Coordinate with maintenance and walk units to verify readiness and address issues.
• Manage move-ins/outs, security deposits, rent posting, and balance follow-ups.
• Lead training and support the Property Manager to meet goals.
