Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with prospects interested in the community, schedule appointments and give tours.
• Process leasing applications and manage lease paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and assist with their needs.
• Coordinate with maintenance and monitor property needs.
• Plan and host resident activities.
