Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Implement marketing plans and use online tools to drive traffic and leases.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.
• Maintain show units to company standards and staff the leasing office.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.
