Job summary

PrimeSites, a growing property management company in Nebraska, is seeking a Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager in Grand Island. You will conduct tours, explain programs, process applications, and support occupancy goals while delivering excellent resident service.

You will work with Property Managers and regional leadership, participate in training, and have opportunities for advancement to a Property Manager role within a supportive team focused on quality housing.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in customer service, leasing, housing, property management, administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Explain community amenities, rental requirements, and affordable housing qualifications.
• Process applications and collect required documentation.
• Support resident retention and respond to questions and concerns.
• Assist with LIHTC and affordable housing compliance and maintain resident files.
