Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager 2 at Sandy Creek to support the Property Manager with day‑to‑day oversight of multifamily properties. You will handle resident relations, financial operations, and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, familiarity with property management systems, and a drive to close leases.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; or 2–4 years of related experience.
• NALP or similar certification desirable; property management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• lease apartments using proven sales skills.
• Advertise and market properties daily via social media and other platforms.
• Tour and present property and available units to prospective residents and close sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents; address requests and concerns.
• Use customer management systems to document communications with prospects and residents.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to implement property marketing strategies.
