Job summary

Goldmark Property Management in Fargo, ND is seeking an Assistant Property Manager 4 at University Square to support the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, resident relations, and financials for a multi-family community. You will help develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy, supervise Leasing Specialists, and ensure exceptional service.

Starting pay is $21.50 per hour with potential increases; benefits include PTO accrues, 8 paid holidays, 4 YOU Days,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; four-year degree preferred.
• Two to four years’ related management or leadership experience.
• Experience in financial analysis and budgeting for properties.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and multi-family regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments using proven sales skills and close deals.
• Advertise and market properties daily via social media and other platforms.
• Tour properties with prospective residents and apply product knowledge to close.
• Build long-term resident relationships and document communications in the CRM.
• Lead and support Leasing Specialists and staff to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor occupancy, NOI targets, and coordinate with Property Manager on marketing.
