Job summary

Bpg Real Estate Service is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at a residential community in Wilmington, DE. You will assist the Property Manager with leasing, rent processing, and resident relations while ensuring admin tasks, reports, and compliance are handled accurately.

The role requires a customer-focused, organized professional capable of multitasking, with at least 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma; a real estate license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license a plus; strong knowledge of property management is expected.
• Minimum 1 year of assistant property manager experience in residential leasing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in daily community operations and on-site staff support.
• Process and post rental income, fees, and revenues using approved systems.
• Review pre-bill functions: rental charges, concessions, utilities, and month-to-month leases.
• Audit prepaid accounts weekly for accuracy and compliance.
