Qualifications

• One year of affordable housing or property management experience.
• Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with property management software; YARDI preferred.
• Customer-focused, fast-paced environment experience.
• Preferred certifications: Occupancy Specialist or LIHTC Manager.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License.
