Qualifications

• Ability to plan and manage daily leasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Market property in accordance with policies.
• Process rental applications and credit checks.
• Maintain resident records in compliance with LIHTC and HUD.
• Process certification and re-certification eligibility and verify income.
• Explain leases to tenants during move-in and annual re-examination.
• Inspect property and report issues to the Property Manager.
• Inspect empty units and arrange required repairs.
• Record service requests and communicate with maintenance.
• Address tenant questions, complaints and requests.
• Collect rent and process deposits; post rent in software.
• Inquire about late payments and assist in evictions as needed.
• Adhere to schedule and complete duties daily/weekly/monthly.
