Eagle Rock Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Arlington, VA to support daily property operations, leasing activities, and resident relations. You will assist with marketing to maximize occupancy and coordinate maintenance and service requests to sustain a high-quality living environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, compliance with landlord-tenant laws, and collaboration with the Property Manager and marketing team to meet NOI targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience or a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
• Knowledge of landlord–tenant laws, Fair Housing, and other legal issues affecting PM.

Responsibilities

• Managing the administration of property operations and leasing office.
• Supporting Property Manager with monitoring the financial operations and achieving the budgeted NOI.
• Coordinating the maintenance of property grounds and service requests.
• Providing a quality living environment for residents and a positive work environment for team members.
• Working with the marketing team to achieve maximum occupancy at the property.
• Showing apartment community to prospective residents.
