• Sales closing ability to persuade residents.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Willingness to travel for training and external marketing.

Aufgaben

• Rents apartment units to prospective residents.
• Answers phone and email inquiries and encourages community visits.
• Meets prospects to determine needs and closes lease sales with effective techniques.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to achieve community goals.
• Conducts outreach marketing to drive appropriate traffic.
• Shows apartments and highlights amenities to prospects.
• Collects information for applications and enters data into the system.
• Communicates approval decisions and assists with lease applications and move-in scheduling.
• Maintains resident files and discusses renewals.
• Takes service calls and writes work orders to maintain resident relations.
• Answers outside calls and greets visitors.
• Prepares reports as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
