Job summary

Urban Land Conservancy seeks a Commercial Property Manager to lead leasing, tenant relations, and financial performance across a diverse Denver portfolio. You will coordinate with internal staff and vendors to support well-operated properties aligned with ULC’s mission and nonprofit tenants.

Responsibilities include lease administration, budget coordination, and regular reporting on occupancy and financial performance, with emphasis on nonprofit beneficiaries and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of commercial property management experience.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager (preferred) and nonprofit sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Lease administration, tenant relations, and lease negotiations.
• Maintain lease records and monitor financial performance.
• Coordinate with property teams, vendors, and directors on operations.
• Prepare periodic reports on occupancy, leasing activity, and financial performance.
• Assist in annual property budgets and forecasts; manage delinquencies and budgets.
