• Must have a valid driver’s license with few infractions in the last year.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments to prospective residents, highlighting key features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi/RealPage to manage resident data, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move‑ins and move‑outs smoothly, ensuring positive experiences.
• Plan retention programs and community events to foster belonging.
